Hancock To Race In Two Championships In 2016
Hancock to race two championships in 2016.
Ex Factory Lotus and Formula Renault BARC Champion Ollie Hancock will compete in no less than two full championships in 2016. He will team up with Ruben Anakhasyan to take on the Britcar Endurance Championship sharing a Ginetta G55 GT4 run by championship winning squad Century Motorsport.
Also, he will share a Radical SR3 RSX, run by another championship winning team, 360 Racing, with Mark Hignett of ABT Products, a new comer into modern car racing with just one season under his belt.
“I am really excited to see what 2016 will bring, both Ruben and Mark have been my clients for a while now and its great to be able to share their cars and hopefully achieve some great things. They both started racing recently and I have coached them throughout their careers in the sport so it’s really rewarding when they get a result, I hope I can continue guiding them towards more”
2016 will also see Hancock racing in many Historic Race cars throughout the season, one of the cars is the Ex Emerson Fittipaldi F5A Formula One car from 1978, which alongside his brother Sam, they have won several races over the last 2 seasons, highlighted by dominating the FIA Formula One support race in Singapore in 2014, taking 2 wins, 2 pole positions and 2 fastest laps.
